Refund policy
NO REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT
We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order by mail or within 7 days of purchase. Please note the following:
- All items are non-refundable.
- All sale and discounted items are final sale. Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes accessories, which are non-returnable.
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be returned with original tags attached, unworn, and free of tears, stains, or odors.
- Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package. After this window, store credit will not be issued.
- If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours.
Return Process:
- Mail back your item to the address on your package.
- Include the original invoice or a note with your order number and name.
- Ship the package through any carrier of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Requirements:
- Items must be shipped back within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- All items must meet the condition requirements outlined above.
- Include the original invoice or packing slip with your return.
